Front desk personnel were pleasant and professional. Had to wait approximately 12 to 15 minutes for a Triage staff member to call me back to take my vitals and take me to a room. Triage staff was pleasant and professional. Waited approximately 5 minutes for the medical staff member to come into the room. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. We discussed and assessed my current health and options for further treatment. The discussion was very easy and informative. We decided on the next step in my treatment. I was very satisfied with my appointment and would rate it an overall 4.7 out of 5 stars. Thanks very much to the entire staff for a pleasant, professional and productive appointment. ________________________________________ Personnel at Axis Spine & Pain are always courteous, professional, very knowledgeable & always seem to care about my health & comfort. My only concern is that I had to wait approximately 45 to 50 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time to be seen for my most recent appointment. Dr. Thillainathan came in and discussed the procedure with me and examined my lower back to pinpoint the area I was experiencing pain in. His efforts put me at ease concerning the procedure. Dr. Thillainathan always shows concern for the physical condition of my musculoskeletal system and for any associated pain I might have experienced.
